white
Using Edmund de Waal’s artist project 'white' as a starting point, teachers explore what white means to both artists and viewers.
In this special workshop, we discuss the associations with the colour white, looking at a range of artists and investigating the evolution of white pigments over time. We also experience a practical painting session led by artist Harry Baxter.
This workshop is recommended for secondary teachers.
£65 including coffee/tea, lunch, materials and entry to white, a project by Edmund de Waal.
