Standing at over 3 metres high, the Farnese Hercules is the largest plaster cast in the RA Collection. It was made specially for the RA Schools and shipped from Rome in about 1790. Our talk will focus on this monumental cast and explore its history and relationship with the RA Schools.

In this series of taster talks, encounter the stories behind the RA Collection and buildings from the perspective of the RA staff.

Taster talks are free and last 15 minutes. Ask a member of the team on site for further information.
