250th Summer Exhibition
Supported by The Lord Leonard and Lady Estelle Wolfson Foundation
Celebrate 250 years of the world’s largest open-submission exhibition at our tailor-made multisensory workshops, led by experienced artist educators for students with special educational needs.
Celebrate 250 years of the Summer Exhibition at these workshops designed for students with special educations needs. Students can touch many of the artworks in the exhibition and our artist educators will support them to engage with an exciting mix of artworks in a myriad of mediums. In the creative session, students will curate their own Summer Exhibition or create their own work in response to this year’s show.
Our tailor-made multi-sensory workshops are led by experienced artist educators for students with special educational needs. Each of these workshops includes gallery-based conversation and object handling, followed by an art-making session.
To make a booking enquiry please contact the learning team at studentgroups@royalacademy.org.uk, or over the phone on 020 7300 5995.
This event had been previously scheduled for 9 – 12 and 16 July 2018.
Before booking, please note that these sessions are more successful when we work with a distinct class group, rather than a group that combines pupils from different classes or age groups. Call 020 7300 5995 for more information.
