Jasper Johns: ‘Something Resembling Truth’
Join us for a workshop led by an experienced artist educator and inspired by Jasper Johns: ‘Something Resembling Truth’.
Come and discover the world according to Jasper Johns: where flags, targets, maps, numbers, and ordinary household objects leap across the imagination to become spectacularly unfamiliar works of art.
We’ll explore the exhibition, share ideas about whether everyday items can be called art, and create our own artworks in response.
Suitable for ages 7+. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Please note that the date of this event has changed from its publication in the RA Magazine and will now take place on 25 October.
