Entangled Pasts, 1768–now
Inspired by Hew Locke's Armada, create your own flotilla of boats using a range of materials
For this Family Studio, artist Cash Aspeek will be drawing inspiration from our Entangled Pasts: 1768–now exhibition. Explore the designs of boats and how they've been used throughout history.
Our family studio programme is a series of monthly art-making workshops that are drop-in and open to families with children of all ages.
These sessions can be incredibly popular, and as we run a first come, first served system, you may be asked to wait, or return later. The beginnings of the sessions prove the busiest, so we advise you to try joining us slightly later once the initial group have completed their work. We try to accommodate everyone while ensuring that the space doesn't become overcrowded.
