Join us for a half-term workshop focused on painting and inspired by the work of John Constable RA.
Can you spot an animal in a cloud? Inspired by John Constable’s expressive and energetic studies of clouds, discover, with our artist-educator, how to create your own dramatic skyscape of billowing clouds and stormy skies.
One of Great Britain’s greatest landscape painters, John Constable RA devoted his entire career to capturing nature on his canvases, even though landscape was unfashionable in his lifetime. He joined the RA Schools in 1800, aged 24, and became a Royal Academician in 1829.
Suitable for ages 7+. Children must be accompanied by an adult. All materials provided.
