Scottish artist. In the 1930 he was second Controller of the Gregynog Press in Powys, Wales, after which he taught book design at the University of Reading.
Attended Hamilton Academy, then Glasgow School of Art from 1911–15. Married to illustrator/engraver Agnes Miller Parker (1895-1980) in 1918.
