“Printed by William MacCance at the Gregynog Press, Newtown, Montgomery in Wales, and completed on the thirtieth day of November, in the year Nineteen Hundred and Thirty One.
The thirty-seven illustrations were designed and engraved on wood by Agnes Miller Parker. The initial letters were designed and engraved by the printer. Hand-set in Bembo type by: Richard O. Jones. Pressman: Herbert John Hodgson. The paper is a special making by J. Barcham Green of Maidstone.” [colophon].
