Richard Morton Paye (ca. 1750 - 1821)

Painter, sculptor, engraver of figures, portraits and genre scenes. Born in Botley, Hampshire. Showed two portraits in oil and two models in wax at the Royal Academy in 1773 and continued to show there infrequently up to 1798. His daughter Elizabeth Anne Briane was a successful minaturist.
