The verso of each titlepage has a printer statement for J. McCreery, Printer, Tooks-Court, Chancery-Lane, London (Vol. I-III); and Gunnell And Shearman, Salisbury Square (Vol. IV-V). Each volume contains a dedication and index to the volume.
