The Membership Team will get in touch with you to take payment and confirm your membership. Please allow up to 5-7 working days for this.
How do I access my membership benefits?
You can collect your membership card from the Membership Desk in the front hall of Burlington House as soon as your membership is active. Show your membership card for access to the Keeper’s House, including the Academicians’ Room, and entry to our exhibitions. A digital version is available.
It is recommended to book ahead for popular exhibitions and preview days to guarantee entry at your preferred time. Booking is essential for VIP morning viewings. Simply log in to your online account to select your free ticket(s).
House Members may book a table in the Academicians’ Room online.
We send regular emails to members to update on ticket releases, priority booking and other membership benefits. Save your contact preferences on your account.
How many guests can I bring with me?
Members can bring one guest into exhibitions and up to three guests into the Keeper’s House. Please note that memberships are not transferable and your guest cannot use your card without you being present.
Can I bring carers or facilitators as well as a guest as part of my membership?
Yes. If you are disabled, your carer or facilitator may join you in the Keeper’s House in addition to the guests included in your membership. For events and exhibitions, please either add a free ticket for your carer or facilitator to your order when booking online, or let a member of our team know if booking by phone or at the RA. Call the Membership Team on 0207 300 8090 or visit the Membership Desk located in the front hall of Burlington House.
