Immerse yourself in the world of plants in this weekend course.
Learn to see and express the intricate details of plants with artist and educator Fay Ballard. During this weekend course, you will develop your botanical drawing skills using a variety of mediums including pen, pencil, watercolour and acrylic paints. You will try your hand at practical exercises to build your ability to create detailed botanical artworks and learn to capture the structural elements of plants, focusing on light and form.
By the end of the course, you will understand the principles of depicting plants and have the foundational skills to continue your journey creating botanical art.
