Friends enjoy a curator’s tour of No. 1 Greek Street, an intriguing Georgian town house that is now home to one of London’s newest private members clubs, The House of St. Barnabas, which contains a fabulous art collection.
With almost untouched rococo interiors and stunning hidden chapel, the club’s unique interior houses an extraordinary permanent and temporary collections of contemporary art. We enjoy a talk in the chapel about the house’s history with Revd. Dr. Adam Scott, followed by a tour with curator Katie Heller. We will view donated works from the permanent collection by Lichtenstein, Basquiat, Jeff Koons and Tracey Emin RA, and the temporary exhibition which will include Peter Blake amongst others.
This event is also taking place on 11 April 2016.
