Storytelling in the galleries

Roy Matthews

Join us for a storytelling workshop inspired by the works in the Summer Exhibition, led by our experienced storyteller. After, create your own artwork together as a family.

This is a chance for families to explore the galleries together through storytelling, and interactive play, then create a collaborative artwork in response to the Summer Exhibition 2018, the world’s largest open submission contemporary art show. There’s something for everyone as we showcase a huge variety of exciting talent you can respond to. Come along and get creative in the RA galleries this summer! Booking essential.

Children must be accompanied by an adult. Suitable for ages 3+.

This event will also be held on Friday 3 August 2018.

Please note these events were incorrectly listed in the RA magazine as taking place on 10 August and 17 August 2018. The correct dates are 3 August and 10 August 2018.
