Supported by Robin Hambro
Art historian Francoise Durrance will lead this talk, accompanied by speech-to-text transcription and British Sign Language (BSL) interpretation.
An event for deaf, deafened and hard of hearing visitors – join art historian Francoise Durrance as she explores the emergence of the modern garden through introducing and describing paintings by some of the most important Impressionist, Post-Impressionist and Avant-Garde artists of the early twentieth century.
Her talk will be accompanied by speech-to-text transcription courtesy of STAGETEXT and BSL interpretation.
The talk will be followed with entry to the Painting the Modern Garden: Monet to Matisse exhibition.
This event is part of Interact at the RA, a programme of events for deaf, deafened and hard of hearing visitors. A BSL speaking host supports these events.
