By popular demand, Friends return to Red House, the only house commissioned, created and lived in by William Morris, founder of the Arts & Crafts movement.
Morris lived in the house between 1860-1865 and regular visitors included Rossetti, Burne-Jones and Madox Brown. Friends enjoy a private tour of the house and explore the collection of Morris designs and decorative schemes. We also see the recently discovered wall painting which had been hidden for years behind a fitted wardrobe and was restored and uncovered in 2013.
