Taking part in a SEN family workshop

Join us for a free creative workshop inspired by the paintings in the ‘Summer Exhibition 2017’.

Experienced artist educator Cash Aspeek will lead this workshop inspired by the Summer Exhibition 2017.

Our galleries are full of the most marvellous mixture of artworks for this year’s Summer Exhibition, the world’s largest open submission contemporary art show, which has run every year since 1769. With over 12,000 submissions, the Royal Academy’s Summer Exhibition always showcases the very best in contemporary art by new and emerging talent. Join us to explore the exhibition and experiment with creating and combining art making methods and a variety of traditional and contemporary art materials.

The workshop will be tailored to meet the access requirements of those attending.
