Go behind-the-scenes of Farringdon Station with artist Simon Periton, for a tour of the Elizabeth Line and Crossrail Art Programme, exclusively for Patrons.
As Europe’s largest infrastructure project, Crossrail is building 42km of new tunnels, 10 new stations and improving 30 more. Farringdon Station, which is due to open later this year, will form part of the Crossrail Art Programme, a collaboration between seven world-renowned London art galleries, together creating a permanent line-wide exhibition across seven new Elizabeth Line stations.
The tour will explore the architecture of the station and a new art commission on a tour by lead architect, Soji Abass and artist, Simon Periton. Patrons are invited to choose one of two time slots for the tour.
