Lucian Freud, Self-Portrait Reflection, Fragment (detail), c.1965.

Oil and graphite on canvas. 89.7 x 89.7cm. Private collection. The Lucian Freud Archive / Bridgeman Images.

We invite Patrons to join us for a morning view of our exhibition Lucian Freud: The Self-portraits, with a light breakfast and curator-led tour.

One of the most celebrated portraitists of our time, Lucian Freud is also one of very few 20th century artists who portrayed themselves with such consistency. Be among the first to take an intimate look at his self-portraits in an exclusive morning view for Patrons.

The morning will begin with breakfast, followed by a tour led by the curator of the exhibition. Patrons are welcome to browse the galleries at their leisure for the remainder of the view.
