The May edition of Peyton and Byrne’s supper club is an exploration into specialist gin, brought to you as part of the Gin Season at Keeper’s House.
The gin flavour spectrum can range from dry to floral, citrus, savoury, sweet or spiced. Our talented gin aficionado Fabio Fritolli from the Shenkman Bar will host an exploration through flavour whilst guests enjoy a bespoke tasting menu of individually paired dishes inspired by classic infusions. Expert producers from the London gin scene will enlighten guests about the blending process and history of gin production in the capital.
Chef Valerio Deplano has created a five course menu designed to complement the spirit and highlight each aroma and botanical. Expect to learn about the huge range of botanicals used when blending gin, how best they are complemented and of course, which cocktails this versatile spirit work best in. Keeper’s House are celebrating Gin Season in our secret gin garden with special gin cocktail menu, special offers and taster sessions throughout May.
