The June edition of Peyton and Byrne’s monthly supper club is a sensory exploration hosted with Jacquart Champagne.
Jacquart have a unique style born from a vast and rare terroir. Covering 2,400 hectares Jacquart’s estate helps shape their Champagnes from vine to glass.
The supper comprises of a five course tasting menu, where each dish is delicately paired with a signature Champagne from Jacquart’s collection. Taking inspiration from both the classic and more unusual flavour combinations, the menu is designed to highlight each note and aroma to create harmony between our food and each Champagne.
This refined journey through flavour will educate guests on both the subtle and complex notes of Champagne. Expect to learn about the intricacies of the Champagne region’s terroir and the influences which shape Jacquart’s unique collection whilst indulging in a delicious menu from our expert chefs.
