In the Age of Giorgione
The RA and the Royal College of Music are proud to present an evening of art and music, kindly supported by Dasha Shenkman.
Join Royal College of Music musicians, BLOCK4, for a unique concert inspired by the ‘In The Age of Giorgione’ exhibition, introduced by exhibition curator Per Rumberg.
Recorder quartet, BLOCK4, is recognised for its innovative and fresh approach to an otherwise traditional ensemble. The Quartet performs a wide variety of repertoire including music from the medieval and renaissance periods, and also has a passion for contemporary works, often performing new pieces that have been especially written for them.
In this concert, BLOCK4 will present a programme inspired by the In the Age of Giorgione exhibition, which will be introduced by curator Per Rumberg.
