Premiums: Interim Projects 2016
We invite you join us for an evening view of 'Painting the Modern Garden: Monet to Matisse' and 'Premiums: Interim Projects 2016'. This exclusive Friends event will also include live music until late.
Explore the gallery after hours and experience Painting the Modern Garden: Monet to Matisse, which reunites specifically for the exhibition Monet’s Agapanthus Triptych, on display for the first time in the United Kingdom. Enjoy more than 120 masterpieces by Renoir, Cezanne, Pissarro, Manet, Sargent, Kandinsky, Van Gogh, Matisse, Klimt and Klee.
Premiums: Interim Projects 2016 provides an opportunity to view new work by emerging artists at a point when their work is still developing, during their three-year postgraduate course at the RA Schools, Britain’s first art school. Vibrant and innovative, Premiums features photography, painting and sculpture alongside video, installation and performance, reflecting the diversity of the RA Schools.
Continue your evening in the Grand Café where live music will play.
