Booking and attending Friends excursions and events
By popular demand, we return to Lancaster House for a private guided tour with expert curator Dr James Yorke.
Widely considered to be one of the greatest surviving London townhouses, Dr Yorke explores this splendid building with Friends. Commissioned in 1825 by the ‘Grand Old’ Duke of York, the exterior was mainly designed by Benjamin Wyatt. It is now a part of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. On our tour we explore the Louis XV interiors, the enormous ornate staircase and the Grand Hall.
When booking for this event, please choose between the following two time slots: 11am–12.30pm or 2.30–4pm
