The official residence of the Argentine Ambassador to the UK opens its doors to Friends of the RA for this exclusive private tour.
Completed in 1851, the Argentine Ambassador’s residence was originally designed by architect Thomas Cubitt. Argentina acquired the building in 1936, and it has since been used as their Ambassador's official London residence.
The residence is only open to the public each year during Open House London, so we are delighted to offer this private guided tour. Our guide leads us through the sumptuous interiors also discusses the collaboration between the Argentine Embassy and contemporary artists, which is taking place as part of the Open House weekend.
Please note that a smart dress code will apply.
