We welcome back Fish Fridays - to be held every month at the Keeper’s House, where we will also be serving a classic combination of champagne and fresh oysters.
Come and enjoy our cod en papillote or freshly battered fish and chips, paired with one of our delicious white wines. We will also be serving oysters with Champagne or Kernel 1890 export stout, both in the Keeper’s House restaurant and in the Academicians’ Room, the private members club for artists and art lovers here at the Royal Academy of Arts.
We are delighted to be working with eminent fish supplier Celtic Fish and Game, who have been supplying fresh shellfish, fish and game from Cornwall for over 40 years. This family-run business is committed to providing local, sustainable and traceable fish.

The Academicians’ Room
The Academicians’ Room is a place to feel at home; a place to come together in a club setting designed exclusively for members. The club room in the Keeper’s House began life in 1883 as an architectural gallery, before becoming the favourite haunt of the Academy’s artists as a private members club. The room has now entered a new phase in its rich history, with a fresh look by the renowned Martin Brudnizki Design Studio. Vintage furnishings now create the intimate, bohemian ambience of an artist’s drawing room. It’s a vibrant and relaxed haven in the heart of Mayfair; join as a member and enjoy the company of this special artistic community.
