There’ll be plenty of laughter, silly voices and horrible singing, guaranteed to put a smile on your face.

Stanton is a children’s writer who is best-known for the bestselling Mr Gum series. He studied English at Oxford and before becoming a children’s writer, he was a film script reader, a market researcher, and worked for the NHS. The Mr Gum series has sold over 3.6 million copies in the UK alone and has been translated into 32 languages. It has won many prizes, including the inaugural Roald Dahl Funny Prize and two Blue Peter Book Awards.

This event is open to all ages, but recommended for ages 7+.
