The Secret to a Good Life
Sponsored by Capital Group
Inspired by Bob and Roberta Smith’s free display, ‘The Secret to a Good Life’, this workshop has been designed for children with special educational needs and disabilities and their family and friends.
When artist Bob and Roberta Smith RA was a young boy, his artist mother Deidre Borlase told him "the secret to a good life was a 2B or 3B pencil". The Secret to a Good Life is a celebration of her outlook on art and life, created by Bob and Roberta in collaboration with his wife Jessica Voorsanger, and their daughter Etta Voorsanger-Brill.
Come and create collaborative pieces with your own family and friends, inspired by the colourful messages in the show and your own favourite things in life.
This workshop for children with SEND will be led by experienced artist educator Cash Aspeek and is aimed at children with special educational needs and disabilities. Please state any access needs upon booking and we will tailor the workshop to your family.
