Family workshop for children with SEND

Strike a pose and create your own self-portraits in this workshop inspired by Helene Schjerfbeck.

Get inspired by the radical works of Finnish artist Helene Schjerfbeck, who changed the face of self-portraiture with her abstract and atmospheric art. How do you want to show yourself to the world? Are there lots of different ways to be you? Experiment with different drawing and painting techniques to create your own series of self-portraits.

This workshop is aimed at children with special educational needs and disabilities and their family and friends, led by an experienced artist educator. Please state any access needs upon booking and we will tailor the workshop to your family.

This workshop will have the same content on both days, so please only sign up for one workshop.
