Sarah Pickstone: An Allegory of Painting
Join us for a half-term workshop focusing on expressive painting, inspired by the work of RA Schools’ alumna, Sarah Pickstone.
Inspired by Sarah Pickstone’s dramatic and energetic interpretations of Angelica Kauffman's paintings, discover with our artist how to create your own expressive painting influenced by the RA Collection.
Sarah Pickstone is an alumna of the RA Schools and has created a tribute to the work of Angelica Kauffman RA in her new show, An Allegory of Painting. Kauffman was one of the two women founder members when the RA was set up in 1768.
Suitable for ages 7+. Children must be accompanied by an adult. All materials provided.
