Join us at the RA on the second Saturday of every month for an artist-led taster workshop, focusing on a specific artistic technique each session.

Take inspiration from Royal Academician Mali Morris, whose current exhibition, Mali Morris RA: On Paper in the Tennant Gallery, runs parallel to a display in the Collection Gallery which Morris curated. In this practical session you will have the opportunity to explore monoprints using silk screens, focusing on mark making and colour relationships.

In these monthly workshops, our artist will demonstrate an artistic technique relating to an object in the RA’s permanent Collection or a specific historical architectural feature of the building. This will be followed by a short creative session, supported by volunteers, in which you can create your own work inspired by the technique.

To sign up, look out for our volunteers in the Wohl Entrance Hall, Burlington Gardens from 1pm. These sessions are free but spaces are limited.
