David Hockney RA: 82 Portraits and 1 Still-life
Join us for an exclusive programme of events exploring the Burlington House courtyard societies. Discover how each society makes its individual impact in the area of art, history or science.
We will be hosting a Friends Lounge in the Keeper’s House during the Courtyard Lates, where we’ll be showing a digital display of historic images from the RA archive. You will also be able to enjoy cocktails and tapas, with a performance from Cat the Pianist throughout the evening.
Royal Society of Chemistry: The Science of Life
At the Royal Society of Chemistry, grab a drink and join Jack Heal, postdoctoral research scientist and previous winner of the Chortle Student Comedy Award, as he explores some of the huge unanswered questions in science. What is a spider goat? Can we create artificial life? And why haven’t we made Jurassic Park yet?
