Friends and Academicians’ Room members life drawing: pose and posture – developing a spatial scaffold
An exclusive opportunity to enjoy monthly life-drawing sessions for Friends and Academicians’ Room members in the Sir Hugh Casson Room, designed to be both rewarding and fun. This month’s session concentrates on developing a spatial scaffold.
Participants will be encouraged to use a movable grid (a pencil or straight edge held at arms length, and used to check both horizontal and vertical co-ordinates on the model). This can be moved across the subject and can assist in determining issues of alignment and balance, as well as evaluating angles in space. Poses will involve both standing and reclined positions.
To book, please call 020 7300 8090. Friends of the RA can also book online.
