An exclusive opportunity to enjoy monthly life drawing sessions for Friends and Academicians’ Room members in the Sir Hugh Casson Room, designed to be both rewarding and fun. These practical sessions provide expert-led tuition in a social and welcoming environment. This month’s session concentrates on the interaction of two figures.
This class will concentrate on utilising the four primary visual devices that give the illusion of three-dimensional depth within drawing – positioning, size, density of mark, and overlap. Poses will vary in length, but the overriding concern is to create recessional space both within and around the figure.
