Eco-Visionaries
Join us for an audio described tour of 'Eco-Visionaries' for blind and partially sighted visitors.
Visitors will have a one-hour audio described tour followed by an object handling session, discussion and refreshments. The handling session will invite visitors to explore objects and materials inspired by the exhibition, Eco-Visionaries. This event will be led by experienced audio describer Harry Baxter. Refreshments are included and volunteer support is provided.
Eco-Visionaries explores humankind’s impact on the planet. Artists, architects and designers react to a rapidly changing world through film, installation, architectural models and photography. Their provocative responses are a wake-up call, urging us to acknowledge our impact on our environment.
Please note that this exhibition contains a video with occasional scenes of violence that some visitors may find distressing. If you have any questions, please contact access@royalacademy.org.uk or 020 7300 5732.
