250th Summer Exhibition
Artists Aaron McPeake and Harry Baxter collaborate to deliver this audio-described touch tour and art-making workshop in response to our 250th Summer Exhibition.
In our 250th year, Grayson Perry RA takes the helm to coordinate the world’s longest running and largest open-submission show: the Summer Exhibition. The Summer Exhibition continues in the tradition of providing emerging and established artists a unique platform to showcase their work.
Artist Aaron McPeake will be collaborating with audio describer Harry Baxter to curate a soundscape to complement their touch tour through the exhibition. After the tour, Aaron will lead an art-making workshop taking inspiration from his own practice, which focuses on connecting with and bringing new form to different materials.
This event includes refreshments and volunteer support is provided.
