Zaf (Love Vinyl)

Influenced by disco and soul and deep into vinyl culture, Zaf joins us for an evening of original sound.

Zaf co-owned and managed one of London’s most popular record stores, Reckless Records, Soho, from 1988 until 2006. He now co-owns Love Vinyl in Shoreditch, voted one of the best record shops in London by The Vinyl Factory. Many DJs, producers and collectors worldwide buy from Love Vinyl, as well as performing in-store.

Zaf is a resident DJ at the Sunsplash Festival in Turkey and has been featured in the Boiler Room Collection Series.

Influenced by disco and soul and deep into vinyl culture, Zaf will immerse our senses in an evening of original sound.

This event is open to members of the Academicians’ Room, Friends of the Royal Academy and the general public. RSVP required.
