Working with Rudimental and Jessie J, singer and songwriter Natalie May kicks off our autumn season of live music in the Academicians' Room.
A new season of live music returns to our private members' club this autumn, as the Art of Sound series brings more DJs, jazz artists and singers to the Academicians' Room.
Singer and songwriter Natalie May will be the first to open a new season with her club room debut, playing favourites from her personal music collection. Small plates and specialty drinks will be available to purchase from the private bar throughout the evening.
Natalie May has worked with some of the biggest names in the music industry. With the hit Sexy Sexy produced by Brit Award winners Rudimental and her second single Closer, she received massive support, from Kiss FM and BBC 1Xtra, to Cameo & CJ Beatz.
As a singer and songwriter, she has supported the likes of UK soul singer Mica Paris, Jessie J and opened Teedra Moses's UK tour. Natalie won second place in the Nationwide singing competition Open Mike UK and received outstanding feedback from the show judges for her originality. She is currently writing and recording new material for her upcoming project “The Heroine's Journey”.
Tickets are free and available for Friends of the RA, RA250 Friends and RA250 Supporters and members of the Academicians’ Room. Please book online or call 020 7300 8090.
