Richard Diebenkorn
Peyton and Byrne’s April supper club focuses on rare and special wines from California, in homage to our 'Richard Diebenkorn' exhibition.
The evening will examine rare and special wines from the ‘Golden State’, with a chance to expand your knowledge about pairing techniques and specialist production methods with host Alison Taffs, our resident wine expert. Alison trained originally with the Wine and Spirit Education Trust and has blended wines in France and Italy and created wine and drinks lists for a group of 300 restaurants.
Our expert chef Valerio Deplano has crafted a five-course menu, full of refreshing and unusual ingredients, designed to complement each wine. Expect to taste some delicious creations and learn about what makes Californian wine an international hit, from grape to glass.
