Photograph of a sketch model for a stone figure 'Architecture'. Derwent Wood was to produce four allegorical figures, Architecture, Music, Painting and Sculpture for the entrance to Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum. The building opened in 1901 as part of the Glasgow International Exhibition.

One of a collection of 68 photographs of sculpture by Francis Derwent Wood R.A. which belonged to Kineton Parkes.
