Summary Note

These two volumes are a sequel to the Remarks on Several Parts of Europe which Breval had published in 1726. In the first volume Breval describes places which he visited in Italy; in the second, those which he visited in northern and central France, Switzerland, Germany, central and southern France and Paris.
