The plates are not signed, but in her Preface the author states that they were drawn by herself after the 'authorities ... found in the index to the cuts' and 'accurately followed by that excellent wood-engraver Mr. W. Folkard'.
The printer is named on the title-page verso and in the colophon: 'London: Printed by A. Spottiswoode. New-Street-Square.'
