Publisher specialising in illustrated books for children and adults as well as decorative greetings cards. Founded 1833. Offices in London and Belfast. Began mass-producing calendars and greetings cards in the 1860s, engaging artists such as Kate Greenaway and Walter Crane as illustrators.

Business located at Royal Ulster Works Dublin Road Belfast, 1870 - 1890.
