Sofie Alsbo (b. 1982, Denmark) previously studied at Central St. Martins UAL. With a mix of found footage, sound and personal recordings and animations Alsbo creates video work and moving image installations. For the purpose of this session close your eyes. Adjust the head. Tune in to the breathing. Repeat and focus, focus. Now cut. In a line of sessions titled Soft Eyes Alsbo works with the pull between internal and external space of the body and mind.
