Richie Moment (born bored, Folkestone) Previously studied Fine Art: Art & Visual Culture at University of West England, Bristol. Founding member of Gen-F 2015.
In a cultural climate that is bad for artists it seems, at least from his online presence, that this is not affecting him at all.
Being the best artist in the world doesn’t happen by accident; at least that’s what you have to keep telling yourself when looking at Moment’s work.
When talking about Richie Moment you are talking about the future of art. In five years’ time every other stall at Frieze will have a Moment in it. The headline will read “Frieze has a much needed return to form”.
Moment is currently working on the most powerful video in the world.
