Frances Drayson (b. 1986, London) is a graduate of the Slade School of Fine Art and a first-year student at the Royal Academy Schools
Frances Drayson’s practice is concerned with identifying and fabricating relationships between different forms of industry; in particular, the alignment between cultural production and mass-manufacture. Drayson’s work explores the roles of craft, simulation and value in artwork, within a dominant image-culture.
