Painter, son of the painter Sir William Quiller Orchardson RA (1832–1910) and Ellen Moxon Orchardson (1853–1917). He studied at the RA Schools from 1893-1898. He was active as an artist from the 1890’s onwards. A captain in the Middlesex Hussars he was killed in action in Egypt in World War One on 26 April 1917.
