The printer statement is on the verso of the pamphlet title-page and the publisher statement is at the bottom of the plan. At the foot of the plan: Published as the Act directs by Tho.s Daniell, Howland Street, Fitzroy Square, London, May 1. 1801. Originally sewn together this copy is disbound with the plan no longer attached to the pamphlet.
