The is a catalogue of the private Speck-Sternburg art collection in Leipzig written by the owner, the Baron Maximilian Speck von Sternburg. Accompanying the 24 illustrative plates of the collection is a lithographic portrait of the owner by Henri Grevedon dated 1826. The catalogue has an index and a list of errata.
Binding Note
The work has brown board covers with the title 'Specksche Gemälde-Sammlung in Leipzig' on the front cover. Quarter-bound in red leather with 'Speck' in ink just legible on the spine.
