In Volume I is loosely inserted a printed card, which reads, 'J.W. Perrin. Medallist, (1st. Silver) Royal Academy of Arts. "My Nook," Station Side, South Woodham, Chelmsford, Essex.' This has been inscribed in ink, 'With 's Compt. 21.2.34.'
